Video is a medium that doubles or mirrors the body, while projection absorbs the body and imposes a ‘self-as-other’ onto a foreign surface or space. Inspired by Hans Richter’s Rythmus 21 (1931), this video is a layered series of projections that erase the boundaries between the projection and the screen, between the self and the collective, and between the real and the unreal.
